At Quru I divide my time between two roles.
As a Senior Account Manager, I take care of our current customers. I find ways to further improve and develop our customer’s businesses, our service offering and customer happiness. I manage projects and keep the overall picture in check.
My other role is Head of People and Culture.
With that I take care of our people; develop and enhance the employee satisfaction and wellbeing, and make sure the work culture follows the Quru values.
I’m a generalist, have a long and broad experience behind me, but always eager to learn new things. I’m a mix of a data-oriented analytical thinker, an organized make-things-happen person and a creative enthusiast.
Closest to heart are people and optimizing things around them to make them happy.
